Work by season
Masonry and concrete need warm weather to cure, so the year splits in two.

- Late fall and winter. Liners for furnaces, water heaters and fireplaces, plus cleanings before and during the burning season.
- Any time. Inspections and estimates, so outdoor work is ready to go when the weather turns.
How a job goes
Most jobs follow the same five steps, from the first call to the paid receipt.
- You call or send a requestTell Kevin what’s going on with the chimney. He’ll set a day and time to come out.
- Inspection and estimateHe looks over the chimney, explains what he found and gives you the price before he leaves.
- SchedulingYou pick a date for the work. Half is paid up front for materials, and you get an invoice for it.
- The workKevin keeps you posted if anything changes once the job is underway.
- Walkthrough and final paymentHe shows you before and after photos of the work. Once you approve it, you pay the balance and get a paid receipt.
Service questions
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The visit and the estimate are free in most of the towns we serve.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. A lot of Kevin’s work comes through general contractors and other trades who need chimney and masonry work done on their jobs.
How do I pay?
By check or credit card. Half is due up front for materials when the job is booked, and the rest once the work is done and you’ve approved it.
